By applying for the registration of a unit, You confirm that we are fully knowledgeable about all applicable laws, notifications, and rules governing this project. These regulations have been explained by the Company and understood by you at the time of registration/booking.
You agree to adhere to the payment terms as outlined in the Payment Plan and will execute the Buyer's Agreement after completing the mandatory payments. Should you fail to make any installment payment by the specified due date, the Company reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 24% per annum, compounded quarterly, for the duration of the delay. Persistent failure to clear outstanding dues, even after repeated reminders, may result in the Company canceling the registration/booking without further notice. In such cases, You will forfeit any rights or claims to the said registration.
Upon cancellation request from the applicant, the Company will forfeit 20% of the Basic Sale Price (BSP) and other non-refundable amounts. Subsequently, the allottee(s) will have no rights, title, or interest in the said unit.
You agree to pay the Basic Price and other associated charges based on the "Covered Area" of the unit.
The Company reserves the right to make necessary alterations to the layout plan and may increase or decrease the size of the shop/space by up to 10%. In such instances, payment adjustments for the increase or decrease in shop area will be handled by the Company either by charging the additional amount or refunding the excess payment as applicable.
The mentioned Basic Price does not include Preferential Location Charges (PLC), Power Backup charges, Interest-Free Maintenance Security, Registration charges, or any other charges specified in the Agreement. The allotment of the unit is at the sole discretion of the Company, which also reserves the right to reject any offer/application without assigning any reason. If rejected, the Company will refund the booking amount along with interest at a rate of 8% per annum.
Any additional levy, rate, or charge imposed on the unit by the Government, statutory bodies, or other local authorities will be payable by you on a pro-rata basis.
